What is the minimum investment?
The minimum ticket size for The Serene Shores Villas is €25,000. Larger commitments are welcomed and discussed individually. Full terms are detailed in the prospectus.
What is the expected payback period?
Our base case assumes an illustrative payback of approximately 2–3 years from stabilised operations, driven by 70% annual occupancy and premium boutique pricing. The prospectus contains sensitivity analysis under multiple scenarios.
What is the legal structure of my investment?
Investor capital is placed into a European holding company that owns the Sri Lankan project assets through a long-term lease structure. You hold equity in the holding company, placing governance under European law while retaining clear rights over the underlying asset.
What are the primary risks and mitigations?
Primary risks include construction execution, currency exposure, occupancy volatility and regulatory change. We mitigate through fixed-price contractor agreements, conservative occupancy assumptions, a proven local operating team and established legal counsel in both jurisdictions. How can I track my investment progress?
Investors receive quarterly written updates, an annual audited financial statement and access to a private investor portal with construction progress, occupancy data and operating metrics. We host two investor calls per year.

Animals Invest is building a platform of design-led boutique hospitality projects across selected emerging destinations. Each project is positioned for its specific site while drawing on shared design, brand and operating standards.
